Qualifiers for Seasonal Differential Pay:
• Meet the above requirements and receive an additional $1000 bonus paid at the beginning of each 
month on top of your regular pay!!!
• $1000 Monthly Seasonal Differential Pay (Nov 1st thru March 31st 2018)
• Drivers must run mountain loads majority of their week/20 mountain loads per month
• No call offs during the month
• Drivers must work 6th day one weekend for the month.

Mountain Spring/Summer incentive:
• $250 a month from April 1st through October 31st. 
• Qualifiers are; on time dispatch, no safety violations, no accidents, no call offs. Earnable 2 times each 
month, 1st through the 15th ($125) and 16th through the end of the month ($125). Paid ($250 max) end 
of each month.

Job Requirements

Must possess a Class A CDL from the state of residence.
Must have one year verifiable experience. 6 mths For mentor program.
Must have no chargeable D.O.T. reportable accidents within the past three years.
Driving/Safety record must meet FirstFleet minimum requirements.
No DUI/DWI, drug or alcohol related convictions within past 5 years.
No careless or reckless driving convictions within past 5 years.
The applicant must have the ability to read, write, and communicate in
English, and have the ability to understand the policies and regulations of FirstFleet, the Department of Transportation, and the various state and federal agencies which regulate the transportation industry.
