FirstFleet’s Hodge, LA location is hiring for Local Yard Switchers with our dedicated customer on night shift.
- Sign on bonus total of $3,000. $1,000 at 30, 60, 90 days. Rehires not eligible- less than 1 year removed.
Pay:
- $22.50 per hour for PM shift $21.00 for Days.
- Thursday- Monday, start time: 6:00 pm. (TUES/WED OFF) 6AM start on days.
- Rotating schedule: of 6PM start for two weeks, then switch to 6AM start for two weeks.
- Schedule is two week days, then two weeks nights.
Must have yard hosteling experience.
- Moving trailers on/off docks and unloading bale waste
- Maintaining Hours of Service
- Providing customer support when needed
- Maintaining FirstFleet equipment
- Pre and post trip inspections
- Maintaining yard check
- Home daily

FirstFleet basic driver Qualifications include:
Minimum of 21 years of age
Class A CDL from your state of residence
No DUI/DWI convictions within past 5 years
No chargeable D.O.T. reportable accidents within the past three years.
