Work Schedule
- Sunday: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Monday–Thursday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Friday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM, unless the warehouse is operating, in which case the shift ends at 5:00 AM.
FirstFleet is seeking dependable, safety-minded drivers to join our team as a Yard Jockey in Shakopee, Minnesota. This position is responsible for safely moving, spotting, and positioning trailers throughout the yard to support efficient warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
- Safely move and position trailers throughout the yard.
- Spot trailers at designated loading docks and parking locations.
- Perform required equipment inspections.
- Coordinate trailer movements with warehouse personnel and dispatch.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain an organized yard.

Basic Driver Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Class A CDL from your state of residence
- Minimum of 3 months of verifiable driving experience
- No DUI/DWI convictions within the past 3 years
- No chargeable DOT-reportable accidents within the past 3 years
- Must meet all applicable DOT and FirstFleet hiring requirements
